Graham Ranch Rabbitry – Pet Sale Policy

Thank you for choosing Graham Ranch Rabbitry for your next family companion! We take pride in raising healthy, well-socialized Holland Lops. To ensure our rabbits go to excellent homes and to protect our ranch, the following policies apply to all pet sales:

1. Deposits & Holds

• All pet sales require a non-refundable deposit of $50 to hold a specific rabbit.
• Deposits can be made via [insert your preferred payment method, e.g., Venmo/Zelle]. The remaining balance is due in cash or digital transfer at the time of pickup.
• If you fail to show up for your scheduled pickup time without 24 hours' notice, your deposit is forfeited, and the rabbit will be placed back up for sale.

2. Health Guarantee

• We guarantee that your rabbit is in excellent health, free of parasites, and structurally sound at the exact moment it leaves our hands.
• Because we cannot control the environment, diet, stress levels, or exposure to other animals once the rabbit leaves our ranch, we do not offer refunds or health guarantees after pickup.
• Every pet rabbit leaves with a small transition bag of our current feed to prevent digestive upset.

3. Pedigrees & Breeding Rights

• Animals sold under our "Pet Tier" are sold strictly as companion animals and do not come with ARBA pedigree paperwork.
• If you are a registered rabbitry seeking breeding rights and a full pedigree, please state this before purchase so we can apply our Show/Breeder pricing tier ($250+).

4. Right of Return / Rehoming

• If at any point in the rabbit’s life you can no longer care for it, Graham Ranch Rabbitry will always take the animal back.
• No refunds will be issued for surrendered animals, and they must be returned with a clean bill of health. We will quarantine and safely rehome them.
